Shipping policy

Lead times & delivery estimates All deliveries, local and international, vary according to project complexity, size and delivery location. As our work is primarily custom-built, a delivery estimate is provided before you confirm your order and is honoured by Giftagoods in line with our service guarantee — so you can rely on the timely receipt of your goods.

Most projects take 2–4 weeks from confirmation to delivery. This timeline may extend where a project is particularly large, where you have specifically requested a later delivery, or where unforeseen circumstances arise. We always do our utmost to mitigate delays, but some factors are entirely outside our control — for example customs clearance and inspections, carrier or courier delays, severe weather, industrial action or strikes, and supplier or raw-material shortages.

International shipping For international deliveries we typically use DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, chosen for their reliability and insurance cover on cross-border shipments. International shipments are charged at the carrier's fee, with no surcharge added by Giftagoods. If you would prefer an alternative carrier, we will do our best to accommodate, though we generally recommend the above for security and peace of mind.

Customs & duties Customs duties and import taxes are never included in our prices and are always borne by the client.

Damage in transit Please inspect your order on arrival. Report any transit damage within 48 hours at support@giftagoods.com with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
