Terms of service
1. Who we are This website (giftagoods.com) is operated by Happy Pot Limited, a private limited liability company registered in Malta under company number C 107104, VAT number MT30685536, with registered office at 49 Serenity, Triq Xjuf ir-Riħ, Nadur, Gozo, NDR 1436, Malta. "Giftagoods", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Happy Pot Limited trading as Giftagoods.
2. Orders Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and/or dispatch your order. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable or pricing is incorrect.
3. Quotations & bespoke commissions Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. For commissioned and bespoke work, production begins only after you have approved the design/artwork proofs and any required deposit has been paid. Approved proofs are final; we are not responsible for errors you have signed off on.
4. Customisation & customer-supplied artwork Where you supply logos, artwork or content for customisation, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use them and that they do not infringe any third party's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork and details you provide. Slight variations in colour, finish and material are inherent to handmade and fabricated pieces and are not defects.
5. Pricing & payment Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Standard products are paid at checkout; quoted and commissioned work is invoiced under the terms stated on the relevant quotation or invoice.
6. Intellectual property All content on this website — including designs, images, text and branding — is owned by or licensed to Happy Pot Limited and may not be used without our permission.
7. Delivery, returns & cancellations Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and cancellations and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
8. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
